How long does it take to receive my order?

All jewelry is handmade to order and takes up to six weeks for delivery.

Are there any pieces available for immediate shipment?

Yes! You can view all pieces that are available for immediate shipment, under the “Ready To Ship” tab.

Can I expedite my order for faster delivery?

If you need your order expedited please contact us with the item information and the date you would like to receive your order. We will do everything we can to expedite orders to meet your deadline. Rush shipping charges may apply.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

All orders are packaged in a Judi Powers Jewelry box tied with a ribbon and vegan suede pouch. We include a care card with every order. If you would like additional wrapping or a personalized note, please contact us.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's value.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Is my order insured during shipping?

Yes, all orders are shipped to you fully insured.

 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do. Shipping outside of the U.S. is $80.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we do. Judi Powers Jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Should we find your jewelry to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Returns

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Unworn jewelry in its original condition may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase. You must notify us in writing if you would like to make a return so that we can generate a Return Voucher. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging together with the return voucher. Returns must be shipped insured and postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Postage and insurance fees are nonrefundable.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please notify us immediately if your order arrives damaged and provide photographs of the damage. We will generate a return voucher and upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship replacement merchandise at no cost. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to remake any damaged piece.

Can I return a custom order?

No, we do not accept returns for custom orders.

Can I return a piece I bought at one of your stockists?

No, we can only accept returns/exchanges for purchases made through our website or at craft shows.

What days do you ship orders?

We ship out orders Monday—Thursday.

Repairs & Replacements

How do I get my jewelry repaired?

If within 30 days of your purchase your jewelry is defective with normal wear we will repair it at no cost. Jewelry that has been altered, bent, or subjected to extreme wear will be repaired for a fee at our discretion. If you need an item repaired, please contact us for a Repair Voucher and mailing instructions. Items for repair must be shipped fully insured and securely packaged. When we receive the damaged item, we will email you with a repair estimate for your authorization before proceeding with repairs.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my jewelry?

Never expose your jewelry to cosmetics, household cleaners, or chemicals. Do not wear your jewelry during strenuous activity or while in the water. Always store your jewelry–with chains clasped–in the cloth pouch that accompanied it.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Clean metal jewelry with mild soap (we prefer Dawn dishwashing liquid) diluted in warm water and a soft toothbrush or Lavish brand foaming jewelry cleaner. Bezel-set stones are not water tight and should not be soaked in water. Dry jewelry immediately with a soft cloth.

How do I care for my beaded pieces?

Gemstone beads strung on knotted silk should be gently wiped with a soft dampened cloth and should never be submerged in water. It is recommended to restring your necklaces every two years or sooner if the silk becomes distressed or frayed. We offer restringing for a reasonable fee. Please contact us for information.

Are the trademarks for Judi Powers Jewelry registered?

Yes, Judi Powers Jewelry®, the “jp” hallmark, and our signature Cashmere Finish® are all trademarked with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

What metals are used in your handmade jewelry?

We use 14K and 18K green gold.

Pricing

Are your prices subject to change?

Due to the wildly fluctuating nature of the price of gemstones and precious metals, prices are subject to change without notice.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to established retailers with wholesale credentials.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans. Please contact us about the piece(s) you are interested in to set up a payment plan.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be collected where tax collection is required by law.

Sizing

How can I find my ring size?

We recommend getting sized by a jewelry professional.

What if my jewelry doesn’t fit?

If your piece arrives and it does not fit, please contact us and we will work to find a solution.

Can I change the length of a chain?

Yes, you can request a different chain length. Please contact us with the piece information and length you prefer for a price quote.

Yes. We have wonderful retail partners in multiple locations across the U.S.

Do you offer in-person shopping?

We offer virtual shopping sessions via Zoom and FaceTime. We do not have a storefront or open studio but you can find us at select craft fairs and trunk shows. See our “Events” section for our scheduled appearances or visit one of our retail partners' brick and mortar stores in person.
